How to Delete Your Measurement Data on the MaxMed App


If you need to delete your measurement data from the MaxMed app, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Just follow the steps outlined below to ensure that your data is removed securely.


1. Open the MaxMed App: Start by launching the MaxMed app on your device. Make sure you are logged in to your account to access all features.


2. Click on the Gear Icon: Look for the gear icon located at the top right corner of the app’s main screen. This icon represents the settings menu, where you can manage your app preferences.


3. Scroll Down to the Bottom: Once you’re in the settings menu, scroll down until you reach the bottom of the page. Here, you will find various options related to your account and data management.


4. Click on "Delete All Your Test Data": At the bottom of the settings menu, you will see the option labeled "Delete all your test data." Click on this option to initiate the deletion process.


5. Confirm by Pressing "Delete": A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you really want to delete all your measurement data. Please read the message carefully, as this action cannot be undone. If you are sure, press the "Delete" button to finalize the process.


Important Note:

Please be aware that once you delete your measurement data, all information will be permanently removed from our system. This means that you will not be able to recover any deleted data in the future.
